When will I receive my order:

Processing time: Typically takes between 2-5 business days to prepare your package.

Standard US Shipping: Typically takes between 3-5 business days to receive order after order has completed processing.

Economy US Shipping: Typically takes between 5-8 business days to receive order after order has completed processing.

All orders over $50 receive free shipping.

What Shipping carrier is used: Ambivert Cosmetics uses USPS as our shipping carrier to deliver orders. If you experience a problem after receiving your shipping email, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Return, Exchange, and Refunds:

Orders can be canceled or refunded anytime before being shipped. After an order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Due to the nature of our small business, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at AmbivertCosmeticsInfo@gmail.com , and we will gladly assist you in resolving your concerns.

Lost or Stolen Package: Please be sure to double check your address and input shipping details such as apartment number. Contact your local post office to update where you would like your package to be sent. Ambivert Cosmetics is not responsible for packages after it is shipped. We value your purchase, If you have questions or concerns about your package please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

How to Track Your Package: A tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. USPS offers package tracking for most US Shipping. Please be aware that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

My item says "delivered" but I never received it: Please contact your local Post Office to file a claim regarding your package immediately. We will do our best to assist you in finding your package.
